Our preferred method of payment is via direct debit, but we also accept cheques, MasterCard and VISA. What are the different types of rubber stamps available? There are a number of types of rubber stamps available - traditional hand stamps require a separate stamp pad. They can at times be messy and inconvenient but they are the cheapest type of rubber stamp available. If you require a very large rubber stamp (say over 100mm square) a hand stamp may be the best option as they can be made up to A4 size. Self-inking rubber stamps are perhaps the most common type available. The self-inking rubber stamp has a special mount that has a built-in ink pad and spring mechanism that automatically re-inks the die between impressions. They are easy to use, though can be messy when re-inking and due to the distance the die plate has to move to make an impression may not always give a crisp, clear stamp. Pre-Inked rubber stamps (such as the Ultimark and Ultifast range) hold ink within its own ink-saturated die, eliminating the need for an ink pad - i.e. you simply press the pre-inked stamp against the paper to make a clean impression. Ultimark and Ultifast rubber stamps give a crisp, clear impression and can easily be re-inked with little to no mess or exposure to ink. |
